These terms govern use of the CREDESSES Credit Services LLC website. Browsing, registering, or accepting website terms does not replace delivery of statutory disclosures, a signed receipt acknowledgment, a written and dated service contract signed by you, or completed cancellation forms. No consumer protection or cancellation right is waived. Counsel has not yet been retained for launch review, and regulated charges remain disabled.
The website describes personal credit education and repair assistance, business credit planning, and funding preparation. Actual services, deliverables, exclusions, total cost, estimated completion date, authorizations, and any refund promises must be specified in your completed service agreement before regulated work begins. CREDESSES does not represent itself as a lender or guarantee a funding decision. An education, consulting, membership, or business-credit label does not automatically exempt a service from credit repair laws.
No particular credit score increase, removal of information, credit approval, funding amount, or business outcome is guaranteed. Platform capital-readiness scores and labels are internal planning indicators, not bureau credit scores or lender decisions. You may dispute inaccurate or incomplete information directly for free; accurate, current, verifiable information is not removable simply because it is unfavorable.
Provide accurate information and review drafts before authorizing action. We will not advise false disputes or identity changes to conceal accurate adverse information. Washington requires prior written consumer authorization for communications to reporting agencies, creditors, collection agencies, or regulators and explicit written approval for signature use. AI assistance produces drafts only: it does not submit disputes, give legal advice, or authorize payments. Do not send private identifiers, credentials, reports, or financial documents to the assistant or ordinary email.
For covered credit repair, the exact federal statutory rights statement must be delivered before a contract is executed, separately from the contract and other written material; signed acknowledgment and retention are required. Washington's information statement is due before contract execution or receipt of money, whichever happens first. Federal law requires a written, dated contract signed by the consumer and prohibits providing services before the three-business-day waiting period ends. CREDESSES's launch policy is to wait through the applicable cancellation window before starting contracted credit repair work; Washington's performance estimate may not exceed 180 days.
Proposed personal pricing is $249 one-time plus $59.99 monthly; proposed Business Credit Blueprint pricing is $500 one-time. These prices are proposals for review, not presently collectible fees or consent to automatic billing. CROA prohibits charging or receiving consideration before the agreed service is fully performed. Monthly billing and setup or enrollment fees do not bypass that rule. Washington's limited advance-payment exception requires both a $10,000 surety bond and a qualifying trust account, but does not override federal law. If the Telemarketing Sales Rule applies, no fee may even be requested until the represented time for all services expires and a consumer report, issued more than six months after promised results were achieved, documents those results. No regulated payment is enabled by these terms.
Federal law permits cancellation without penalty or obligation before midnight of the third business day after signing. Washington's rights statement and cancellation notice provide cancellation before midnight of the fifth working day after signing; its signature-adjacent statutory sentence uses fifth day after the date of the transaction. Your completed documents must state the applicable deadline and preserve required wording. To cancel, send a written notice saying that you cancel, with your name and agreement date, to adminsupport@credesses.com or mail or deliver notice to the business address in your completed contract. Washington does not require use of the sample form. Do not include sensitive identifiers. Qualifying Washington cancellations carry no penalty or obligation and any payment must be returned within ten days following receipt of notice. Receipt of money is not the Washington cancellation trigger.
Keep account credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access to adminsupport@credesses.com. We may restrict website access for misuse or security reasons, but restriction does not erase statutory rights, access to required documents, or existing service obligations. Washington requires monthly service statements with applicable accounting and letter copies and consumer access to written communications sent on their behalf. Required disclosure records must be retained for the statutory periods. See the Privacy Policy for privacy choices and requests; deletion requests may be limited by legal retention requirements.
Washington law governs these website terms subject to applicable federal law and any mandatory protections of your jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms excludes remedies, damages, attorneys' fees, or other rights that applicable law protects, or makes a noncompliant credit repair contract enforceable. Offering regulated services to residents of another state requires review of that state's registration, bonding, disclosure, contract, cancellation, and fee rules before expansion.
Website terms may be updated with a revised date. A website update does not retroactively modify your executed service agreement or waive statutory rights. Questions or written cancellation notices may be sent to adminsupport@credesses.com. Completed contracts must include the organization's required business addresses and contact details; this webpage is not a substitute.
