Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

CREDESSES Credit Services LLC ("we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website and services.

1. Information We Collect

Account registration collects your name, email address, and account credentials. The current assessment collects planning information such as income, expenses, debt amounts, credit goals, and business details. Do not enter Social Security numbers, full account numbers, birth dates, identity documents, credit reports, or passwords in free-text fields or ordinary email. Sensitive document intake requires a separately reviewed workflow; this policy does not promise that such a workflow is operational. Website infrastructure may also process technical request and security information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to build your financial profile, provide the services you request, communicate with you about your account, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your information to third parties.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share information only as needed to provide services you request, with your consent, or as required by law, including with service providers supporting hosting, account access, storage, and communications. Optional Impact affiliate tracking on selected public pages may share visit, device, and referral information with Impact when you opt in. The tag is excluded from account, intake, contact, admin, and legal pages and URLs with query data. External report providers handle their own data under their privacy policies. If the optional AI assistant is configured with an approved provider, the minimal text you submit with AI-processing consent is sent to that provider to generate a response. The assistant does not retrieve your account records or documents. Do not submit personal identifiers or private financial information; automated detection is not perfect. Provider retention and processing terms require review; we do not promise zero retention or no training by a provider merely because a request uses a no-storage setting.

4. Data Security

The application uses account authentication and access checks. This is not a claim that every storage system, backup, document, email, or AI-provider record is encrypted or that a complete security audit has been performed. Infrastructure safeguards and sensitive-data workflows require verification before sensitive intake is enabled. No system is completely secure. We will provide breach notices when required by applicable law, including Washington's breach-notification law.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to your personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your data, and opt out of certain processing. Contact adminsupport@credesses.com to make a request; do not include sensitive identifiers in the initial message. We may need to verify your identity. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. Deletion is not unconditional: statutory disclosure records, signed agreements, authorizations, and records needed for legal obligations or disputes may need to be retained. Federal law requires retention of the signed disclosure receipt for two years after signing; Washington requires an exact copy of its information statement for four years after agreement completion or termination. These minimum periods are not a claim that every record has the same retention period. See service disclosures and RCW 19.134.040.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Essential session cookies support account sign-in. Optional affiliate tracking through Impact is disabled until you choose “Allow affiliate tracking.” Declining does not prevent account access or the free assessment. We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track by not loading this optional tag. Use “Privacy choices” at the bottom of the site to change your preference. If you withdraw consent, the page reloads without the tag; you may also clear existing cookies in your browser. Affiliate links may still take you to providers whose own tracking and privacy policies apply.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We will notify you of material changes where required by law.
